Rebecca Joins the Team
Continued...

So when I decided that after seven years in Savannah it was time to move on, this was the only place that I contacted and applied to. My heart was set on Inner Harmony so I wrote to Tyler telling him about my office management skills. After we talked on the phone he said "come on up!"

How different from my experience right after college when I applied to 150 design firms and received so many negative responses.

The stars just lined up. So I quit my job, jumped in my car and drove across the country.

The magic up here is not just in the peace of the yogic chanting sessions, the self reflection of three hour meditation sits, or the love driven food from the kitchen. It is also found in the never serious, joking laughter of all those who work here and who keep the place alive!

I'm glad to be part of this playful team.

Rebecca

Rebecca Anne Sweeney is now the new office manager at Inner Harmony. She was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia. From there she became a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Institute of Houston.

Her work life has consisted of three years of teaching yoga in Rhode Island and Georgia, business management and incorporating her art in both! Rebecca is certified as a Reiki Three teacher & practitioner in the Traditional Usui Lineage and hopes to share this on the mountain.

Rebecca's favorite yoga teaching quote - "Let's all go into pigeon and prevent ourselves from having a hip replacement when we're ninety!" - always gave the students a chuckle.
